People sleep in on Saturday?

Don't they know Saturday is for progress?

Light warmup. Some decline situps for sets of 20, couple sots presses with the 16kg.

Swings alternating 16kg/20kg for 12 minutes, 30:30 ratio. Felt good to do so many swings with the 20, it's been a while. My grip strength and endurance has drastically improved since the last time I used it for sets.

It's a long road back to the 28, but I'm doing it right this time.

Kinda funny to feel twice as strong as I did three months ago while weighing 40 pounds less.
