Thursday good, Friday meh.

Thursday was good. TGU 20kg 10min, Swings 20kg 30:30 12m. Good solid response from my grip, it's getting stronger at a pretty good rate. I is pleased.

Today I listened to my body and didn't push it after trying to warm up. Gonna write it down as a rest day, which I probably deserve after two days of solid gains.
